Conditions for German courses <\/span><\/span><\/strong>at Delingvo UG<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

1. course offerings & participation<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • The German courses offered are aimed at participants of all language levels (A1 - C1).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • There are both group and individual courses, online or in person.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • The course duration varies depending on the type of course and can be agreed upon individually.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. registration & payment conditions<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Registration is done via the online form or directly at our language school.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • The course fee must be paid no later than one week before the start of the course.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, PayPal or cash on site.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. withdrawal & cancellation<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n
        \n
      • Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 14 days before the start of the course.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • If you cancel up to 7 days before the start of the course, a processing fee of 50% of the course fee will be charged.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • No refunds are possible once the course has started.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Days missed by participants will not be refunded and cannot be made up.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        4. course implementation & cancellation<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n
          \n
        • A course will take place if the minimum number of participants is reached.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
        • If a course cannot take place due to insufficient number of participants, a refund or rebooking will be offered.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
        • In case of illness of the teacher, a substitute lesson will be organized.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          5. certificate of participation<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n
            \n
          • At the end of the course, participants will receive a certificate of participation if they have attended at least 80% of the lessons.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            6 Other regulations<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n
              \n
            • Depending on the course, teaching materials are included in the price or must be purchased separately.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
            • Public holidays are not counted as teaching days and there is no entitlement to substitute lessons.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
