General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of DeLingvo UG - Your rights and obligations at a glance<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nHere you will find all relevant information on contracts and conditions of participation in our training programs. The focus is always on transparency and clarity.<\/p>\n

\n

\u00a7 1 Scope of application - General Terms and Conditions (GTC)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all educational measures of DeLingvo UG.
\nDeviating or supplementary provisions are only effective with written consent.
\nAs soon as you register, you accept these GTC as binding.<\/p>\n

\n

\u00a7 2 Subject matter of the contract<\/strong><\/h3>\n

DeLingvo UG offers AZAV-certified training measures.
\nDetails of the content, procedure and scope can be found in the respective course descriptions, which are an integral part of the contract.
\nIf necessary, we reserve the right to change the course schedule as long as the overall character of the course remains unchanged.<\/p>\n

\u00a7 3 Registration and conclusion of contract<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Registration for our training courses is binding and must be made in writing or by e-mail.
\nThe contract is only concluded when you receive a written confirmation from us.
\nPlease note that participation is only possible if the fees have been paid in full or are covered by a funding agency (e.g. Jobcenter).<\/p>\n

\n

\u00a7 4 Participation fees and terms of payment<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The amount of the fees depends either on our current price lists or on individual agreements.
\nIf third parties (e.g. job centers) cover the costs, the costs are settled directly with the cost bearer.
\nIf full coverage of costs is not guaranteed, the remaining amounts must be paid before the start of the course.<\/p>\n

\n

\u00a7 5 Withdrawal and termination<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Under certain circumstances, such as force majeure or organizational reasons (e.g. too few participants), we reserve the right to cancel events.
\nIn such cases, we can suggest an alternative date without this being binding.
\nIn addition, participants have the right to withdraw free of charge within 14 days of concluding the contract, but only until the start of the course.
\nAll resignations and terminations must be made in writing to be effective.<\/p>\n

\n

\u00a7 6 Obligation to participate and exclusion<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Regular attendance and compliance with the instructions of our team are mandatory.
\nIf the behavior of a participant disrupts the course of the measure or jeopardizes its success, we reserve the right to exclude the participant.<\/p>\n

\n

\u00a7 7 Liability<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Our liability is limited to damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior.
\nWe shall only be liable for slight negligence in the event of a breach of material contractual obligations.
\nParticipants' personal belongings are excluded from our liability.<\/p>\n

\u00a7 8 Data protection<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We collect and process personal data strictly in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and the BDSG.
\nYou can find detailed information in our privacy policy.<\/p>\n

\u00a7 9 Copyright and teaching materials<\/strong><\/h3>\n

All teaching materials provided are protected by copyright.
\nThey may only be used for personal use and may not be reproduced or distributed.<\/p>\n

\n

\u00a7 10 Amendments and additions<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We reserve the right to make changes to these General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
\nWe will inform you of such changes in good time so that you are always up to date.
\nShould a provision be invalid, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless remain valid.<\/p>\n

\u00a7 11 Place of jurisdiction and applicable law<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is Hamburg, provided that the participant is a merchant or a legal entity under public law.
\nThe law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively.<\/p>\n
