Conditions for German courses at Delingvo UG
1. Course offerings & participation
- The German courses offered are aimed at participants of all language levels (A1 – C1).
- There are both group and individual courses, online or in person.
- The course duration varies depending on the type of course and can be agreed upon individually.
2. Registration & Payment Conditions
- Registration is done via the online form or directly at our language school.
- The course fee must be paid no later than one week before the start of the course.
- Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, PayPal or cash on site.
3. Withdrawal & Cancellation
- Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 14 days before the start of the course.
- If you cancel up to 7 days before the start of the course, a processing fee of 50% of the course fee will be charged.
- No refunds are possible once the course has started.
- Days missed by participants will not be refunded and cannot be made up.
4. Course implementation & cancellation
- A course will take place if the minimum number of participants is reached.
- If a course cannot take place due to insufficient number of participants, a refund or rebooking will be offered.
- In case of illness of the teacher, a substitute lesson will be organized.
5. Certificate of participation
- At the end of the course, participants will receive a certificate of participation if they have attended at least 80% of the lessons.
6. Other regulations
- Depending on the course, teaching materials are included in the price or must be purchased separately.
- Public holidays are not counted as teaching days and there is no entitlement to substitute lessons.
- Participants agree to comply with the classroom rules and house rules.
