Our intensive language courses are officially recognized and meet all the requirements for a Language course visawith which you can work up to 20 hours per week (- according to the new regulation from March 2024).

✍️ Requirements for the visa

✉️ Valid passport (no identity card outside the Schengen area)

🏦 Residence outside the Schengen area (otherwise no visa required)

⌛ Visa application 3-6 months in advance recommended

✉️ Fully completed visa application + passport photos

☑️ Proof of course registration & payment

💼 Blocked account & health insurance if applicable

⚖️ Legal requirements for the German course with visa

🕒 At least 18 lessons per week are required by law to obtain a language course visa - our course includes 20 hours/week (recognized by law).

💼 From March 2024: Participants with a language course visa may work up to 20 hours per weekif this is explicitly stated in the visa.

🛏 We support you with the Search for accommodation (shared flat, student residence or host family) and, if necessary, arrange Preliminary work contracts about our partners.

💸 Prices for German course with visa

3 months: 1.470 €

6 months: 2.940 €

12 months: 5.880 €

Early bird discount: 10% for payment within 2 days (1-5 months), 5% for 6-12 months

Processing fee for visa documents: 200 € (included in the price, non-refundable)

Since March 2024, with a language course visa you may work up to 20 hours per week - outside the course times. We help with:

📅 Course starts & registration for the German course with visa

New start dates every month (e.g. May, June, July, August)
Online registration or on site in the office
Complete the mandatory form for visa candidates in advance

⚠️ Important to know

Visa processing usually takes 8-12 weeks

❌ Processing fee will not be refunded

✉️ In case of rejection: send in rejection notice for refund (without €200 fee)

❎ Start date can be postponed once (second time: 80 € fee)
