With us, you will find all relevant information regarding contracts and conditions of participation for our educational programs. Transparency and clarity are always our main focus.
§ 1 Scope – General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all educational services provided by DeLingvo UG.
Deviating or supplementary regulations are only effective with written consent.
As soon as you register, you accept these GTC as binding.
§ 2 Subject matter of the contract
DeLingvo UG offers AZAV-certified educational training measures.
Details of the content, procedure and scope can be found in the respective course descriptions, which are an integral part of the contract.
If necessary, we reserve the right to change the course schedule, provided the overall character of the measure remains unchanged.
§ 3 Registration and Conclusion of Contract
Registration for our educational programs is done in writing or by email and is binding.
The contract does not come into effect until you receive written confirmation from us.
Please note that participation is only possible if the fees have been paid in full or are covered by a sponsor (e.g., Jobcenter).
§ 4 Participation Fees and Terms of Payment
The amount of the fees depends either on our current price lists or on individual agreements.
If third parties (e.g. job centers) cover the costs, billing will be handled directly with the funding body.
If full coverage of costs is not guaranteed, the remaining amounts must be paid before the start of the course.
§ 5 Withdrawal and Termination
Under certain circumstances, such as force majeure or organizational reasons (e.g., too few participants), we reserve the right to cancel events.
In such cases, we can propose an alternative date without this being mandatory.
In addition, participants have a free right of withdrawal within 14 days of concluding the contract, but only until the start of the program.
All withdrawals and terminations must be made in writing to be effective.
§ 6 Obligation to Participate and Exclusion
Regular attendance and adherence to our team's instructions are mandatory.
Should a participant's behavior disrupt the course of the measure or jeopardize its success, we reserve the right to exclude the participant.
§ 7 Liability
Our liability is limited to damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
For slight negligence, we are only liable in the event of a breach of material contractual obligations.
Personal belongings of participants are excluded from our liability.
§ 8 Data Protection
We collect and process personal data strictly in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and the BDSG.

§ 9 Copyright and teaching materials
All provided teaching materials are copyrighted.
They may be used exclusively for personal use and must not be reproduced or distributed.
§ 10 Amendments and Additions
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions.
We will inform you of such changes in a timely manner so that you are always up to date.
If any provision should be invalid, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless remain valid.
§ 11 Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
For all disputes arising from this contract, the place of jurisdiction shall be Hamburg, provided that the participant is a merchant or a legal entity under public law.
Only the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
