The measure „Integra Vocational Orientation“ is aimed specifically at people with a migrant background who want to improve their career opportunities in Germany want to improve sustainably. As practical alternative to an A1–A2 professional language course it offers holistic preparation for entering the German world of work.
With individualized support, clear goal development, and application training, this program supports your professional integration—ideal for anyone in need of orientation, structure, and perspective.
Target Objectives of the measure „Integra Vocational Orientation“
The content is modularly structured and offers both personal and practical guidance:
🧭 1. Individual Analysis & Consulting (40 TU)
- Personal assessment: qualifications, professional experience, goals
- Analysis of your professional career to date
- Development of realistic and achievable goals
🧩 2. Competence Assessment & Potential Analysis (40 lessons)
- Identifying and developing strengths
- Practical exercises and tests
- Individual evaluation with feedback
🎯 3. Professional Goal Development & Market Analysis (40 lessons)
- Analysis of the local labor market
- Get to know job profiles with a future
- Identify suitable qualification and further training paths
📝 4. Application Management & Practical Training (40 instructional units)
- Create and optimize application documents
- Roleplays: Practicing job interviews realistically
- Design job hunting effectively and modernly (e.g., online portals)
- Communication and self-presentation training

🔍 Certification & Funding
This measure is AZAV-certified and is completely by the Jobcenter or the Employment Agency about a AVGS (activation and placement voucher).
After successful completion, participants receive a Certificate of attendance.
