The measure „Integra Vocational Orientation“ is aimed at people with a migration background who want to get to know the German labor market, develop suitable career goals, and prepare themselves linguistically and professionally for future qualifications.
In 12 weeks gain practical knowledge in various career fields – with individual guidance, hybrid learning, and clear objectives.

The main objective: Make your career prospects clearer and achievable – with practical preparation for various working areas.

🧑‍💻 Professional orientation: You will get to know different professional fields – with real examples & requirements.

Speaking Linguistic preparation: You will improve your technical language and communication in everyday working life.

Memo Application competence: You are learning how to write job applications, conduct job interviews, and present yourself.

📚 Course Content – Career-Field-Specific Modules (360 lessons)

The measure consists of Professional field-specific trainingwith a total of 360 teaching units (TU). Each module contains:

• Technical Vocabulary & Communication Exercises
• Role plays & real situations
• Practical tasks & interactive methods

1. individual analysis & advice (60 units)

• Personal assessment: Qualifications, professional experience, interests, values
• Reflection on career path to date and biographical milestones
• Development of realistic, achievable and sustainable goals (SMART)
• Individual counseling for professional reorientation and goal pursuit
• Strategies for overcoming career hurdles (e.g., employment gaps)

2. skills assessment & potential analysis (60 units)

• Identification of professional, social and methodological skills
• Practical exercises, tasks and tests (e.g. aptitude tests, role-playing games)
• Self-assessment and assessment by others
• Observation in simulation-related work situations
• Individual evaluation with strengths profile and areas for development
• Performance reviews with goal setting

3. professional goal development & market analysis (60 units)

• In-depth analysis of the regional and national labor market
• Development of several career goals and alternatives
• Research on industries, trends and requirements
• Development of individual educational pathways including funding opportunities
• Contacting companies (e.g., for internships or trial workdays)

4. application management & practical training (60 units)

• Creation of individual, target group-oriented application documents (also digital & creative)
• Digital application platforms & online profiles (e.g., XING, LinkedIn)
• Intensive interview training including feedback (video analysis)
• Unsolicited applications, telephone acquisition and e-mail communication
• Self-presentation, body language and confident demeanor

5. IT & media skills in the application process (40 units)

• Basic IT skills: Word, PDF, Cloud, e-mail
• Online research and digital job search tools
• Creation of professional application documents with Office programs
• Data protection, online security and digital etiquette

6. Soft Skills & Personality Training (40 teaching units)

• Self-confidence, motivation, time management
• Conflict resolution skills and teamwork
• Stress Management & Resilience
• Communication training and active listening
• Intercultural competence (if relevant)

7. final phase & perspective planning (40 units)

• Presentation of the individual development plan
• Planning next steps: application, qualification, integration into work
• Preparation for job interviews with real companies (if possible)
• Final meeting with documentation of results and recommendations

Certificate of Attendance

After successful completion you will receive a Certificate of Attendance for 360 teaching units – for submission to employers, authorities, or for further educational measures.
