📚 Course Content – Career-Field-Specific Modules (360 lessons)

The measure consists of Professional field-specific trainingwith a total of 360 teaching units (TU). Each module contains:

  • Technical Vocabulary & Communication Exercises
  • Role plays & real situations
  • Practical tasks & interactive methods

1. individual analysis & advice (60 units)

  • Personal assessment: Qualifications, professional experience, interests, values
  • Reflection on career path to date and biographical milestones
  • Development of realistic, achievable and sustainable goals (SMART)
  • Individual counseling for professional reorientation and goal pursuit
  • Strategies for overcoming career hurdles (e.g., employment gaps)

2. skills assessment & potential analysis (60 units)

  • Identification of professional, social and methodological skills
  • Practical exercises, tasks and tests (e.g. aptitude tests, role-playing games)
  • Self-assessment and assessment by others
  • Observation in simulation-related work situations
  • Individual evaluation with strengths profile and areas for development
  • Performance reviews with goal setting

3. professional goal development & market analysis (60 units)

  • In-depth analysis of the regional and national labor market
  • Development of several career goals and alternatives
  • Research on industries, trends and requirements
  • Development of individual educational pathways including funding opportunities
