The measure comprises 6 practice-oriented modules:

1. vocational orientation (70 units)

Overview of different occupational fields, industry structures, job requirements and career opportunities

2. application process (70 units)

CV, letter of motivation, online application, video application & preparation for the first day of work

3. day-to-day work (70 units)

Communication with superiors & colleagues, conflict resolution, task distribution, giving and accepting feedback

4. quality assurance (70 units)

Working efficiently, dealing with errors, order processing, team responsibility

5. labor law (60 units)

Rights & obligations, vacation, illness, protection against dismissal, equality, understanding payroll accounting

6. job application coaching (20 units)

Individual job search support, strengths analysis, target planning & placement with employers
