The Individual measure Integra Vocational Integration is a practice-oriented and flexibly designed Alternative to traditional B2 or C1 vocational language courses. It is aimed at people with a migration background or refugee experience who already have German language skills at at least B1 level wish to have and specifically prepare for entering the German job market.

💡 In terms of content, the measure is comparable to a vocational language course at the B2/C1 level. – but with the advantage that you receive individual support and can focus more intensively on your professional goals.

Instead of group lessons with rigid curricula, you can expect here Intensive individual support, which specifically strengthens your linguistic, professional, and communication skills – tailored to your personal situation.

Memo Application process & entry into the profession – 30 teaching units
CV, cover letter, preparation for the first day of work

🛠️ Daily work routine & company processes – 30 teaching units
Communication with superiors & colleagues, understanding work processes

✔️ Quality Assurance & Order Processing – 30 teaching units
Customer-oriented work, structured task processing

Scales Labor law & social benefits in Germany – 30 teaching units
Rights and obligations in the employment relationship, payslips, vacation

🕒 Course Schedule & General Conditions

Calendar Duration: 2 months (approx. 8 weeks)

Books Scope: 160 teaching units (TU)

Calendar Times: Monday through Friday, 4 lesson periods per day (3 hours daily)

These recognized examinations confirm your job-related German language skills and can be submitted to employers, authorities, or when applying for jobs as official proof of your language proficiency.

Pin Note: Participation in an examination is voluntary and is discussed with the teacher depending on progress and goals. Targeted exam preparation can be integrated into the measure upon request.
