The Individual measure Integra Vocational integration is a practice-oriented and flexibly designed Alternative to traditional B2 or C1 vocational language courses. It is aimed at people with a migration background or refugee experience who already have a basic knowledge of German. at least B1 level and would like to prepare themselves specifically for entering the German labor market.

CV, cover letter, preparation for the first day of work

🛠️ Everyday work & processes in the company - 30 LESSONS
Communication with superiors & colleagues, understanding work processes

✔️ Quality assurance & order processing - 30 LESSONS
Customer-oriented work, structured task processing

⚖️ Labor law & social benefits in Germany - 30 LESSONS
Rights & obligations in the employment relationship, pay slips, vacation

💬 Individual application coaching - 10 UE
Simulation of job interviews, body language, self-presentation

🕒 Course schedule & general conditions

📆 Duration: 2 months (approx. 8 weeks)

📚 Scope: 160 teaching units (TU)

🗓️ Times: Monday to Friday, 4 lessons per day (3 hours per day)

🌐 Format: Online, presence or hybrid possible

💬 Language level: At least German B1 required

👥 Number of participants: Individual measure = personal 1:1 support
