The measure „Integra Berufliche Orientierung“ is aimed specifically at people with a migrant background who want to improve their career opportunities in Germany nachhaltig verbessern möchten. Als praxisnahe Alternative zu einem A1–A2 Berufssprachkurs it offers holistic preparation for entering the German world of work.
Mit individueller Betreuung, klarer Zielentwicklung und Bewerbungstraining unterstützt diese Maßnahme Ihre berufliche Integration – ideal für alle, die Orientierung, Struktur und Perspektive brauchen.
Target Ziele der Maßnahme „Integra Berufliche Orientierung“
Die Inhalte sind modular aufgebaut und bieten sowohl eine persönliche als auch praxisnahe Begleitung:

- Persönliche Standortbestimmung: Qualifikationen, Berufserfahrung, Ziele
- Analysis of your professional career to date
- Development of realistic and achievable goals

- Erkennen und Ausbauen von Stärken
- Praktische Übungen und Tests
- Individual evaluation with feedback

- Analysis of the local labor market
- Get to know job profiles with a future

- Rollenspiele: Vorstellungsgespräch realitätsnah üben

Diese Maßnahme ist AZAV-certified und wird vollständig durch das Jobcenter oder die Agentur für Arbeit über einen AVGS (activation and placement voucher).
After successful completion, participants receive a Certificate of attendance.
