- Schedule a consultation appointment: Talk to your contact person at the Jobcenter or the Employment Agency and have them issue you an activation and placement voucher (AVGS).
- Contact: Contact DeLingvo by phone or email – we will check your voucher and answer all questions.
- Classification & Consultation: In a brief conversation, we will determine your language level and work together to decide whether you will prepare for the Telc A2 or B1 exam.
- Course start: Since joining is possible at any time, you can usually start within a few days – on-site in Hamburg or online via Zoom.

Yes. With an Activation and Placement Voucher (AVGS), the Job Center or the Employment Agency covers 100% of the costs of the Integra Skills Expansion program %.
Which telc exam do I take at the end?
Depending on your language level, you will complete the course with the telc A2 exam or the telc B1 exam – the exam fee is already included in the course.
Can I also take part online?
Yes. The classes are held in a hybrid format: in person in Hamburg or online via Zoom. This way you stay flexible – even alongside family or work.
What happens if I fail the telc exam?
No need to worry: We will discuss your result together and advise you on the options for a retake so that you can still get your certificate.
Do I need my own equipment for online classes?
A computer, tablet or smartphone with an internet connection is all you need. If you have any technical questions, we will be happy to help you set up Zoom.
What language level do I need to get started?
You should bring German language skills of at least the A1 level. In the placement interview, we will find out whether preparation for the Telc A2 or the Telc B1 exam is right for you.
